SHIPPING ACROSS USA
Please note that for all international orders, additional shipping charges will apply. The exact amount varies based on the destination zip code. You can check the applicable shipping charges during the final checkout process.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 15-25 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch our orders.
There may be an extra 10-20 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.
Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, we request you to always record a unboxing video and take images of the same along with a timemark of within 48 hours of the delivery. Specially, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number in case of any concern, so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.
Process: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks under high-resolution CCTV surveillance. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
PAYMENT POLICY
Worldwide shipping: You can check the shipping eligibility in your city at the time of the order checkout.
Prepaid orders: We only accept Prepaid orders in the USA and rest of the world and currently do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) on international orders.
Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways & recognized eWallets. Please note that we do not offer a Cash on Delivery option for international orders.
Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official website and within 3 months from the date of issue.
Tax and duties: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.
